    01 — The Brief

A communal entrance door had detached from its pivot and was unsafe.

    02 — The Challenge

The heavy leaf had to be supported safely before any parts could be removed, in a busy residential entrance.

    03 — Our Response

We supported the leaf, replaced the bottom pivot, end-load arm and transom closer, then rehung and tested the door.

    04 — The Outcome

The communal entrance is safe, closing and securing correctly.
