What response times can you guarantee for FM call-outs?
We target 2–4 hour attendance for reactive door and glazing faults across London and the South East, with same-day fix on most aluminium hardware issues. SLAs can be tightened under contract.
Can you operate as a sub-contractor under our existing FM systems?
Yes. We work through Verisae, Elogs, Maximo, Concept Evolution and similar CAFM platforms, accepting jobs by PO and returning photographic sign-off and PPM logs in your required format.
Do you provide fixed labour rates for multi-site contracts?
Yes — we offer fixed labour bands and pre-agreed call-out charges so your procurement team gets predictable invoicing across the portfolio.
Are you accredited for public-sector and corporate FM frameworks?
CHAS Gold, Constructionline Gold, FENSA, SSIP and £10m public liability — all current. Operatives are DBS-checked for sensitive sites on request.
Can you cover out-of-hours and weekend works?
Yes. Out-of-hours and weekend attendance is standard for retail, hospitality and live trading environments. No surprise unsocial-hours premiums.
Do you provide planned maintenance (PPM) for door hardware?
Yes — annual or bi-annual PPM visits covering floor springs, transom closers, pivots, locks and seals, with a written condition report after every visit.
