What is your emergency response time?
For 24/7 emergencies, we aim to attend within 2-4 hours across London, Kent, Essex, and Surrey. For urgent reactive repairs, same-day attendance is usually possible.
What information do you need for a quote?
For accurate quotes, we need: site address/postcode, description of works required, any photos if available, access restrictions or out-of-hours requirements, and any compliance documentation needed (RAMS, etc.).
Do you work out of hours?
Yes, we offer out-of-hours installation for retail and commercial clients who need works completed overnight or at weekends to avoid trading disruption. Emergency make-safe is available 24/7.
Do you provide RAMS and method statements?
Yes, we provide full RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements) for all commercial works. We can also provide specific documentation for education, NHS, and high-security sites.
What are your typical lead times?
Emergency make-safe: same day. Standard repairs: 1-3 working days. Glazing replacement: 5-10 working days (depending on glass type). New installations: 4-8 weeks from order.
What payment terms do you offer?
We offer 30-day account terms for approved commercial clients. For residential and one-off commercial works, we typically require a deposit with the balance on completion.
Do you have a minimum call-out charge?
Yes, we have a minimum call-out charge for reactive repairs which covers attendance and the first hour of labour. This is confirmed at the time of booking.
What happens after the job is complete?
You receive full documentation including photos, completion certificates, warranty information, and any compliance certificates (FENSA, etc.). All jobs are logged in our system for easy reference.
Are you accredited for public sector work?
Yes, we hold CHAS, Constructionline Gold, SSIP accreditations and are FENSA registered. Our operatives are DBS checked for education and healthcare environments.
Can you manage multiple sites?
Absolutely. We work with several FM companies and multi-site operators, providing a single point of contact, consolidated invoicing, and priority response across all locations.
