A large toughened glass shopfront panel had cracked due to impact damage, requiring urgent replacement to maintain security and the store's visual appearance. We attended the same day to assess the damage and take precise measurements, manufactured a replacement 10mm toughened clear glass panel to exact specifications, and returned within 48 hours to remove the damaged glass and install the new panel with fresh glazing beads and weather seals.     Emergency make-safe and glass replacement on a residential care home balcony. A toughened glass balustrade panel had shattered, creating an immediate safety hazard for vulnerable residents. We attended within 2 hours to board up the opening with OSB sheeting secured to the stainless steel spigot posts, ensuring the balcony was safe and weathertight.     Night works curved glass replacement at Victoria Coach Station, a busy transport hub in central London. A large curved toughened glass panel forming the corner of the waiting area had cracked and required urgent replacement. Working overnight to minimise disruption to passengers, we erected scaffolding to safely access the high-level curved glazing, removed the damaged panel, and installed a new bespoke curved toughened glass unit manufactured to the exact radius. The work was completed before the station reopened at 6am, with full structural silicone sealing and weatherproofing.

    Curtain Walling Glass Replacement

    Versity, Swanley

    Commercial curtain walling glass replacement at Versity education centre in Swanley, Kent. Multiple toughened solar control glass panels in the aluminium curtain walling system had failed and required replacement. We erected scaffolding to safely access the two-storey glazing, removed the damaged sealed units by carefully extracting the glazing beads, and installed new toughened solar control glass panels manufactured to exact specifications. All panels were resealed with fresh EPDM gaskets and the curtain walling system fully weatherproofed on completion.

    Misting occurs when the perimeter seal fails, allowing moisture to enter between the panes. Once failed, the unit cannot be repaired – only replaced.

    Can you match existing glass patterns?

    Yes, we can match most patterns and obscure glass types. For older or unusual patterns, we'll find the closest available match.

    Do you replace glass in doors as well as windows?

    Yes, we replace glazing in all door types including entrance doors, shopfront doors, fire doors, and patio doors.
