    01 — The Brief

Classroom doors opening onto the playground were swinging, dropping and failing to close reliably — a safeguarding and comfort issue for the school.

    02 — The Challenge

Each door had worn concealed hardware in the transom and floor, so every leaf had to be removed and diagnosed individually without disrupting lessons.

    03 — Our Response

We removed each leaf, replaced six overhead transom closers, three top arms and a bottom pivot, then rehung, adjusted and realigned every door.

    04 — The Outcome

All six classroom doors now close smoothly and securely, with consistent closing speed across the block.
